At Lively from Best Buy Health, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion or wearable item doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal or contact our dedicated customer support team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Ensure the product is in its original, unworn condition with all tags attached, and place it securely in the original packaging along with the packing slip.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided during the initiation process to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
